I used to find it really stressful to work with plans for New Build plots, but now I just send them onto tmgroup's New Build Managed Service team and they take care of everything for me. I love it!
It is also very helpful that visibility of the order is maintained, as the team let me know if any alerts have been flagged against the property, and also send me a clear summary of the searches that have been ordered. This gives me peace of mind that everything is in hand.
I also like that I don't have to worry about finding an address and postcode against each New Build property. I just send across the details that the developer has provided about the plot, and the team find the address and add the case on my behalf. It really is a brilliant service.
We've been using the New Build Managed Service since October 2017, and have found it to be a clear and quick service that gives us more control over our search orders – and simply makes New Build search ordering more manageable.
The New Build Managed Service really comes into its own when we're dealing with a big development and individual plots. Using the New Build Managed Service, we simply send across as many plans as we need to, the team place the order on our behalf, and we find the results are returned much faster.
We especially appreciate the direct contact with the New Build Managed Service team, as we can send over our order and within 20 minutes receive confirmation that our searches have been ordered. It also helps that any queries come directly to us, so we don't have to spend time checking up on things. Overall, it's a very quick and smooth process.
I've been using the New Build Managed Service for a few months now and it's absolutely brilliant. It's helped to save me a lot of time, as all I need to do is fill in the template and send it off. Everything is then taken care of on my behalf – even the mapping!
It's much easier than all the to-ing and fro-ing I used to experience with New Build plots, especially as I no longer have to field queries and discuss plans over emails or phone calls – which can be challenging and time-consuming.
I've also been very pleased with the customer service, as the New Build Managed Service team have consistently dealt with any questions or queries very efficiently.

Introduction from the Managing Director
Slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society. We all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain. Staff are expected to report concerns, and management are expected to act upon them.
Modern slavery is a criminal offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Modern slavery can occur in various forms, including servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. This document sets out the policy of tmgroup with the aim of the prevention of opportunities for modern slavery to occur within its businesses or supply chain. This policy’s use of the term ‘modern slavery’ has the meaning given in the Act. As tmgroup has an annual turnover in excess of £36m, we are required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to provide a statement of intent to all of our employees and suppliers.
tmgroup comprises of IT (Development, Infrastructure and Service Desk), Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing and HR.

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. All Directors have been briefed on the subject.
Our Effectiveness in combatting Slavery and Human Trafficking
We communicate with the next link in the supply chain and monitor their understanding of, and compliance with, our expectations to measure how effective we have been to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.
