Martyn has held various roles within the helpdesk, starting as a Customer Support Advisor, progressing to Senior Advisor and is currently Customer Support Manager. Martyn is married with 3 children which takes up the vast majority of his time. He also enjoys watching football (Liverpool), cricket and rugby. Martyn enjoys family days out, mainly at National Trust and English Heritage destinations.
Tim is a Customer Support Team Leader for the tm Helpdesk with experience on both the residential and the commercial teams. Tim is a long suffering Newcastle United fan and enjoys cheese rolling and amateur tree surgery at weekends.
Laura works as a Customer Support Team Leader after several years in the Customer service industry. Laura enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and is a keen swimmer, going to the pool or sailing club as often as she can. She loves to cook and is currently working on improving her baking skills.
Kevin joined tm in 2004. He is an Operations Support Team Leader and is responsible for the Post and Processing teams, ensuring searches are processed and results are uploaded. Away from work, Kevin enjoys cooking, listening to music and going on the occasional shopping trip!
Genia has been with tm since 2012 and is Operations Support Team Leader. This includes looking after the support team, managing supplier performance and dealing with finance queries. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family, watching football and walking her dogs Cleo and Minnie.
Claire has worked in various roles within the operations area. Currently she is a Senior Customer Support Advisor. Outside of work Claire enjoys theatre, travel and attending festivals.
Jenny has been with tm since 2003 and now works mainly with Commercial Clients. Jenny enjoys watching football, especially Swindon Town football club. She also likes travelling, wine and Kit-Kats.
Philippa is a Customer Support Advisor on the Helpdesk team. She provides a customer interface for residential and business clients, helping to deal with any queries which may occur. Philippa spends her spare time with her family and is a keen gardener.
Claire is a Customer Support Advisor on the Helpdesk. This involves assisting customers, clients and suppliers during the transaction of searches. Her outside interests include cooking, watching films, attending exhibitions and spending time with her friends.
Bethany became part of tm in 2015 and is a Customer Support Advisor on the Business Support team. She regularly speaks to resellers and portfolio clients, making sure queries are dealt with as soon as possible. Out of work Bethany enjoys playing netball and roller skating.
Saman became part of tm in 2016 as a Customer Support Advisor on the Helpdesk and helps clients resolve queries that may occur during transactions. In her free time she enjoys socialising, reading and going on adventures.
Chris has been part of tm since 2016 and he works on the Helpdesk as a Customer Support Advisor. This involves helping all clients on the phone and through email. In his spare time he is a member of an amateur theatre group. He also enjoys reading and is a big sci-fi fan.
Nigel looks after tm's portfolio, reseller and tmconnect clients. Nigel is proud to have been with tm for more than 7 years now. Outside of work, most of Nigel's time is spent running around after his young daughter and enjoying quality time with his wife.
Ben deals with all aspects of business support: residential, commercial and B2B. Primarily he deals with the B2B clients. His outside interests include reading, music, TV and films.
Since joining tm in 2002 to manage tm's IT systems, Paul has been instrumental in creating robust and efficient services that are used by many property professionals today. Paul's tenacity and drive in his role as Managing Director has seen him establish tmgroup as a leading supplier of searches to the industry. Married with 2 daughters and a keen sailor, Paul has regularly involved tm in the IT industry's Silicon Cup Sailing regatta where his natural competitiveness has enthused both colleagues and business partners to take part in the challenge.
Having joined tmgroup in 2015, Tony is Chief Financial Officer and manages the finance team, helping to shape and guide the business strategy. Away from the office, he likes finding as much time as possible for his three big passions: family, food and sport.
Isi joined tmgroup in 2015 and as Technical Director, manages the IT team, being responsible for the successful planning, design and delivery of software projects by working closely with all the stakeholders. Outside of work, Isi's main hobbies are programming & researching new technologies. But when on holiday with his wife and daughter, usually visiting sunny places, he likes to try improving his "rather limited" photography skills.
Simon joined tmgroup in 2016 as Sales Director for tmconvey. This involves leading tm’s sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets, developing relationships specifically within the property market and overseeing key relationships with customers and strategic partners. In his spare time Simon recently renovated his house, enjoys walking his two Labradors and spending time with his family.
Jane has worked for tm since 2003, originally joining the company as a Regional Training Manager before progressing to the role of Operations Director. Jane is now Business Services Director, looking after our network of industry partners and the delivery of business projects. Jane spends most of her free time running after her two young sons, but does find time for the occasional shopping trip or a quiet half hour to read a good book.
Paul is tmgroup’s Operations Director and is responsible for the leadership and delivery of client services within Operations. Away from work, Paul is an avid golf player at Manor House Golf Club and also enjoys walking his two dogs.
Michael runs tm's Scottish brand; Property Searches Scotland. He joined the business in mid-2012 and, together with a skilled team of experienced property search agents, has delivered a successful business with a market share exceeding 20%. In his spare time Michael enjoys hillwalking and running and is a regular marathon runner, most recently in Valencia where his claims of the hilly route affecting his time are being questioned.
Having worked in the tm sales team since 2002, Jon now heads up tmconnect - a sophisticated, user friendly system that facilitates property collaboration. Living in Aylesbury with his wife and two daughters, Jon is a volunteer swimming coach and takes an active role in the management of his local club. When spare time allows he participates in triathlons.
Nick joined tm in 2014 and is the Southern Area Manager. He is responsible for the Southern tmconvey sales team who oversee both existing customer accounts and new business sales across a wide range of law firms other than key accounts. Nick is a keen sportsman, more watching than participating these days, and has a season ticket at Stoke City - but we don't hold it against him! Other passions include, travel, food and music.
Jamie joined tm in March 2015 as a Business Development Manager, but was promoted to the role of Key Account Manager after just 12 months. With a decade of experience in the property market, Jamie calls upon a wealth of knowledge and expertise, working closely with our existing portfolio of clients to bring them market-leading online property and conveyancing solutions. He has a keen interest in travelling, however, these days most of his spare time is enjoyed spending time with his wife and young daughter.
Nicola joined tm in July 2013 as a Business Development Manager & has been promoted to the role of Key Account Manager, working with legal firms based across the country. With many years of working within the industry, Nicola has an extremely consultative approach and works closely with her existing portfolio of clients. With a primary focus on service performance and delivering the right solutions to her clients. Outside of her tm life, she loves dancing of all types, enjoys a spot of singing, & she loves spending time with her family & friends.
With extensive experience in the property search business, Charlotte joined tmgroup in January 2017 as a Key Account Manager. Her role focuses on large commercial firms and the Legal 100, predominantly in London and across the South East. In all weathers, you can guarantee she'll be donning her Lycra in either open water triathlons or endurance sportives. In her down time, Charlotte very much enjoys dog walks in pursuit of a good country pub.
Anneliese has worked for tm since 2003 and is currently the Senior Account Manager covering Wales and the West Midlands. In her spare time, Anneliese enjoys horse riding and dancing.
Jane has worked at tm since 2005. Originally joining tm as a trainer she is now currently a Account Manager looking after firms in East Anglia and London. Prior to joining tm she had worked in the Legal sector for eleven years. Jane lives with her husband and two cats and in her spare time she enjoys going to the cinema, keeping fit at the gym and has recently started cycling again.
Alex has worked for tm since 2004, originally joining as a Regional Training Executive. Her current role is that of Account Manager, responsible for account managing existing clients and supporting new clients. In her spare time, Alex does trip planning for people visiting Florida, in particular Disney and the other parks in Orlando, and provides information for travel forums. She is a budding chef and would like to be on Masterchef one day.
Sarah has worked for tm since 2005. Recruited as a trainer, she is currently Account Manager for the South West. Her responsibilities include the management of existing customer relationships as well as training new clients within the region. Sarah has two grown up children and an overweight diabetic cat.
Toni joined tm in 2016 and is an Account Manager in tmconvey. This involves supporting existing clients and managing relationships with customers. In Toni’s free time she enjoys socialising with friends and exercising.
Clare joined tm in December 2016 as Business Development Manager, responsible for the South East. Clare has a wealth of experience in the property industry with a career spanning over 25 years, including estate agency, account management and training. She is married, lives in Oxfordshire and has three sons, of which two are in the music business. Clare loves socialising and is at her happiest when at a good party, surrounded by her family and friends. Her other passions include travel, reading and keeping fit.
Leanne has been with tm since 2006 and now has the role of Internal Account Manager where her main responsibility is to look after existing customers. Initially she worked within the Helpdesk Team before gaining experience with other departments including Operations and New Business Development. Leanne has NVQ level 2 and 3 in both Customer Service and Business Administration as well as an A Level in Law. Leanne is a keen Martial Artist holding a 3rd Dan in Tae Kwon Do and is an enthusiastic equestrian person.
Adrian joined tmgroup in 2005 and as DBA Team Lead, manages the team of DBA’s and SQL Developers. He is responsible for all of the database and data warehouse systems, this includes designing data models, performance tuning, maintaining the database infrastructure and providing business intelligence to the business. Outside of work, Adrian’s main hobbies are photography and Lego. He has been lucky enough to travel the world photographing wildlife, he is especially keen on taking pictures of whales.
Russel manages the team responsible for the delivery of location services to internal and external customers. Russel, is in essence, all things related to maps and addressing in the solutions tmgroup delivers. Outside of work, Russel’s diversions include his children, walking, cycling, photography and other outdoor pursuits.
Jemin joined tmgroup in 2011 and currently works as a Development Ops Lead. This involves managing a team focusing on core tm products, integrations and ensuring that all the applications are running smoothly. He is a food enthusiast who loves to try out cuisines from around the world and sometimes experiments in cooking. He also likes listening to podcasts, DIY and is currently preparing for the arrival of his baby.
Chris started working with tmgroup as a Consultant in 2012, and joined the family officially in 2014. He currently manages four development teams working across the tm suite of software. A coder at heart, Chris likes to unwind after a hard day by spending his evenings doing a little leisurely programming.
Rhys has been with tmgroup since 2001 and holds the role of Development Team Lead and UX Principal. Over the years Rhys has contributed to most of tm’s web applications past and present and is currently responsible for the user experience of tm’s newest services. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, computer games and spending time with his family.
Gary joined tmgroup in 2012 as a Project Manager in the IT team being responsible for the management and delivery of software projects, working closely with the projects stakeholders. Outside of work, Gary likes to spend his time (weather permitting) cycling with his wife or lugging a camera around looking for that shot worthy enough to submit to the Countryfile calendar competition.
Sally joined tmgroup in 2013 as a Business and System Analyst in the IT department. Her main responsibilities are to gather requirements from all stakeholders, communicate these with the development team and manage the delivery of the solution. Outside of work Sally tries to keep active by attending the gym and going on long walks. She also likes travelling, particularly to warm sunny climates, and spending time with her family.

Introduction from the Managing Director
Slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society. We all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain. Staff are expected to report concerns, and management are expected to act upon them.
Modern slavery is a criminal offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Modern slavery can occur in various forms, including servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. This document sets out the policy of tmgroup with the aim of the prevention of opportunities for modern slavery to occur within its businesses or supply chain. This policy’s use of the term ‘modern slavery’ has the meaning given in the Act. As tmgroup has an annual turnover in excess of £36m, we are required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to provide a statement of intent to all of our employees and suppliers.

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors to comply with our values. The SMT and all managers are responsible for compliance in their respective departments and for their supplier relationships.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. All Directors have been briefed on the subject.
